Our policies are designed to keep ordering simple and expectations clear.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.
How are digital patterns delivered?
Digital pattern purchases are delivered electronically using the delivery method provided at checkout. Please make sure your email address is entered correctly.
Do you ship physical items?
If a product includes physical materials or printed items, shipping options and estimated delivery times will appear at checkout based on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Shipping availability depends on the product type and destination. If international shipping is available for your order, rates and delivery estimates will be shown before payment.
How can I track my order?
For eligible physical shipments, tracking information is sent once the order has been fulfilled and handed off to the carrier.
What if my package is delayed?
Carrier delays can happen occasionally. If your tracking has stopped updating or your order seems unusually delayed, please contact us and we will help review the shipment status.
