Why We Created It

At Old Line Crafts & Designs, we believe a good pattern should do more than give you shapes to cut. It should help you understand the process of turning leather into something useful. Learning skills such as cutting, punching, stitching, riveting, burnishing, wet forming, and finishing makes each new project easier than the one before it.

The Beginner’s Leathercraft Quick Reference Guide was created to help new makers build that foundation.

And we’re making it available free.
