WHY BUY THE BUNDLE?

The Helmet, Spearcrest Pauldrons, and Spearcrest Cuirass are designed as a coordinated armor series. Instead of mixing unrelated templates, this bundle gives you matching visual language across the head, shoulders, chest, back, and waist.

You also receive two bonus customization packs at no additional charge, giving you additional ways to make the completed armor more ornate, ceremonial, battle-worn, or personalized.

ADJUSTABLE / ONE-SIZE-FITS-MOST DESIGN

The individual projects use adjustable fit systems rather than a single fixed size. The helmet uses an adjustable internal suspension. The pauldrons use adjustable front, rear, and underarm connections. The cuirass uses adjustable shoulder bridges and side straps.

Because leather thickness, body shape, clothing layers, and wet-forming affect fit, always build the recommended paper or craft-foam mockups before cutting expensive leather. No single pattern can be guaranteed to fit every person without adjustment.

RECOMMENDED LEATHER

The main armor components are designed around heavy vegetable-tanned leather, with lighter leather used for straps, tabs, overlays, and certain decorative components. Each included PDF contains its own material recommendations, cut list, hardware guidance, and build notes.

SKILL LEVEL: Intermediate leatherworking project collection.

Buyers should be comfortable cutting heavy leather, punching accurate holes, setting rivets and other hardware, wet-forming, finishing edges, and making minor fit adjustments.

PRINTING

Pattern sheets are designed for standard US Letter 8.5 x 11 inch paper. Print at 100% / Actual Size. Turn off Fit to Page, Shrink, Scale to Fit, and automatic enlargement. Measure the included 1-inch test squares before tracing any pattern onto leather.

ORIGINAL DESIGN / SERIES NOTE

These are original Old Line Crafts & Designs Spartan-inspired fantasy/costume patterns developed as a coordinated series. They are not represented as archaeological reproductions, museum reproductions, film or television replicas, video-game replicas, or copies of another commercial leather pattern.

SMALL-SHOP MAKER RIGHTS

The component PDFs include buyer-license terms for personal use and limited home/small-shop sale of finished physical items. The digital files and printed pattern pages may not be resold, shared, uploaded, copied, or redistributed. Always follow the license language included in each downloaded PDF.

SAFETY NOTICE

These patterns are intended for cosplay, theatrical costume, Renaissance faire, display, photography, and other non-protective costume uses. Finished items made from these patterns are not certified safety equipment and are not rated for impact, combat, riding, sports, workplace, ballistic, or other protective use.

CONCEPT RENDERING NOTICE

Some listing and pattern images are concept renderings created to illustrate the intended design direction. They are not photographs of actual finished builds. Rendered customization examples may show optional tooling, carving, antiquing, or finishing beyond the base pattern.

DIGITAL / AI-ASSISTED DESIGN DISCLOSURE

This original pattern collection was developed under the direction of Old Line Crafts & Designs using digital drafting, design, and AI-assisted visualization tools. AI-assisted image-generation tools were used for some concept renderings and visual presentation elements. The item being sold is the digital PDF pattern and instruction collection described in this listing.

BUNDLE VALUE

Purchased separately, the three main patterns total $62.85. The regular Core Armor Bundle price is $49.95, saving $12.90.
